- 1 pack Knorr Chef’s Rolls & Wraps Mix (Chicken)
- 225 ml water
- 8 bread slices
- 2 cucumber peeled and sliced
- 2 tomatoes peeled and sliced
- Coriander for garnish
- 2 tbsp Butter
- Salt to taste
- Chat masala to taste
- Kissan ketchup
METHODMETHOD
- Pour 1½ cups (225ml) of water in a Pan. Bring to boil.
- Add entire contents of Knorr Chef’s Rolls & Wraps Mix pack into the boiling water & cook for 2-3 minutes on medium flame till the product thickens.
- Spread butter on a slice of bread and add a quarter of the mixture
- Place cucumber and tomato slices on top
- Sprinkle chopped coriander, add salt and chat masala to taste
- Place another slice of bread on top
- Now place a tawa on the flame, add a tea spoon of butter
- Place the sandwich on the hot tawa and toast from both sides
- Serve hot with Kissan Ketchup and enjoy!
