SHAHI PANEER RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
- 200 gm cottage cheese cut into big cube
- 20 gm butter
- 10 gm green chilli split lengthwise
- 50 gm onion tomato paste
- 25 gm curd (Whipped)
- 25 ml heavy cream / milk
- 25 gm cashew nut paste
- 20 gm chopped coriander leaves
- ½ packet Knorr® Easy to Cook Paneer Butter Masala
METHOD
- To make the shahi Paneer, heat butter in a pan, add green chilies into this, then add the onion paste and continue sautéing it till the time onion become translucent. Add tomato paste and cover for 7-8 minutes. Add the cashew nut paste, curd and Knorr® Easy to Cook Paneer Butter Masalatogether cook for 5 minutes add water if the consistency is not there. Mix well and then reduce the fire to a simmer after 10 minutes. Gently add the Paneer to this gravy and cook uncovered for 2-3 minutes. Turn off the fire and finish with cream, Serve hot.
