Shahi Paneer RECIPE

SHAHI PANEER RECIPE


INGREDIENTS

  • 200 gm cottage cheese cut into big cube
  • 20 gm butter
  • 10 gm green chilli split lengthwise
  • 50 gm onion tomato paste
  • 25 gm curd (Whipped)
  • 25 ml heavy cream / milk
  • 25 gm cashew nut paste
  • 20 gm chopped coriander leaves
  • ½ packet Knorr® Easy to Cook Paneer Butter Masala

METHOD

  • To make the shahi Paneer, heat butter in a pan, add green chilies into this, then add the onion paste and continue sautéing it till the time onion become translucent. Add tomato paste and cover for 7-8 minutes. Add the cashew nut paste, curd and Knorr® Easy to Cook Paneer Butter Masalatogether cook for 5 minutes add water if the consistency is not there. Mix well and then reduce the fire to a simmer after 10 minutes. Gently add the Paneer to this gravy and cook uncovered for 2-3 minutes. Turn off the fire and finish with cream, Serve hot.
