VEG PIZZA
INGREDIENTS
- 1 pack Knorr Chef’s Rolls & Wraps Mix (Veg)
- 225 ml water
- 2 pizza bases
- ½ cup diced capsicum
- ½ cup diced onion
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- Kissan tomato ketchup
METHOD
- Pour 1½ cups (225ml) of water in a Pan. Bring to boil.
- Add entire contents of Knorr Chef’s Rolls & Wraps Mix pack into the boiling water & cook for 2-3 minutes on medium flame till the product thickens.
- Spread Kissan tomato ketchup on a pizza base. Then spread half the product as well
- Add diced capsicum and onion on top
- Grate ½ cup mozzarella cheese on top
- Pre-heat the oven to 180 degree Celsius
- Bake for 7-10 minutes till the pizza base becomes crisp and the cheese has melted
- Serve hot and enjoy!
