VEG PIZZA

VEG PIZZA

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pack Knorr Chef’s Rolls & Wraps Mix (Veg)
  • 225 ml water
  • 2 pizza bases
  • ½ cup diced capsicum
  • ½ cup diced onion
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • Kissan tomato ketchup

METHOD

  • Pour 1½ cups (225ml) of water in a Pan. Bring to boil.
  • Add entire contents of Knorr Chef’s Rolls & Wraps Mix pack into the boiling water & cook for 2-3 minutes on medium flame till the product thickens.
  • Spread Kissan tomato ketchup on a pizza base. Then spread half the product as well
  • Add diced capsicum and onion on top
  • Grate ½ cup mozzarella cheese on top
  • Pre-heat the oven to 180 degree Celsius
  • Bake for 7-10 minutes till the pizza base becomes crisp and the cheese has melted
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

CHEF'S TIP

  • Add chicken pieces to the pizza to make it non-vegetarian
